Well folks, it's that time of the year again. Time to shop for those back to school essentials as the summer holidays draw to a close.

Schoolwear Shop
I bet your wondering where to go in Havant to get good quality clothes and stationary for your little angels.
Well I have been checking out some shops for you.
I went into the National Schoolwear Centre which has recently moved from West Street to Market Parade near the Train Station. They have uniforms for 12 schools in our area including Warblington School and have crested jumpers and blazers. They sell Shirts, Blouses, jumpers, cardigans, trousers and skirts and all the sportswear you will need. They have changing rooms so your little ones can try before you buy.
The staff are all happy to help and will order specific items.
You really can't fault the quality and local personal service you get from this shop.
I asked one of the staff while I was in there 'What if someone came in for Stationary where would you recommend?' She replied Inkworld which just happens to be conveniently situated next door. They have Pens, pencils, rubbers and rulers along with the ink cartridges they sell and are cheaply and competitively priced.
Also you can go into your local WHSmith in the Meridian Centre
They have up to 75% off on Back To School Stationary with a wide range to choose from. They also have Dictionaries and reference books for school too.
I recently went into Tesco in Havant too and they have a great range of Back To School Wear - Very Cheaply Priced with Girls jumpers from £2 and Boys Shirts from £3 and with the recent Big Clubcard Exchange you can get more for your money as your clubcard vouchers double up.
They sell Lunchboxes and Flasks and have some great school bags in all shapes and sizes!
I recently bought my daughter her back to school stationary and they had 3 for 2 on all their products so it was great value and she had fun choosing what she wanted.
Finally Let's not forget Asda who also do Back to School wear
They have free delivery when you shop online. You enter a code "school2" at the checkout when you spend a minimum of £10.
Their clothes always wash well and keep their colour and are such great value with tops and skirts and jumpers from only £2!!
They also have great Stationary with pens and colouring pencils, rubbers and rulers all at very low cost and all in one section. which is always helpful. They have a good selection of Lunchboxes and flasks and some school bags from funky to formal.
If you're looking for Sportswear, Trainers or Bags, Sports Direct over in the Solent Retail Park have an excellent huge range of good value items for Back to School. They sell all Brand Names like Adidas and Nike and Reebok so you know you are getting good quality.
If you have anywhere you have found particular good value for Back to School or want to tell us about what you have bought or are planning to buy please let us know - we value your comments!
Happy Shopping ! x

I went in that schoolwear shop to get my kids some uniform for Warblington. They weren't really cheap but had all the crested jumpers and blazers and the quality was very good. I prefer going there as they are very helpful and give you good advice and have time for you, which is really important - putting a bit of time in - instead of just grabbing a skirt and chucking it in with the baked beans in your trolley in Tesco or Asda!
