Why I like Havant

Close to country, city and sea - you can get most things you ever need in Havant, or within 10 minutes drive. In general people are friendly and helpful to each other.

Why I don't like Havant

I don't understand why the council is destroying the original town centre by pricing traditional traders out with high business rates and allowing buildings to be demolished with no apparent re-development in sight. The council sold out to Tesco and the big retailers on the Solent Road site. We need a regular farmers' market with local fresh food producers. How many items sold on our market now are even made in the UK?
