Storeys Crispy Shredded Sweet Chilli Chicken

chicken fillets (1 fillet per person)
cornflour
sweet chilli sauce
deep fat fryer
Slice the chicken fillets into strips the thickness of a pencil
drop into a bowl of cornflour and cover evenly
heat deep fat fryer up and drop a handleful in (if you put to much in it will froth up)
fry until the bubbles have disappeared which is about 3 -4 minutes
drain and mix with the sweet chilli sauce and serve on rice
we have also made this with beef
