My Son loves my Tuna and Pasta dinner I make for him!

Thought I would share it with you.....

You will need

# 4 handfuls of Pasta Shells

# 11/2 Pints of water

# teaspoon of salt

# 1 small tin of tuna in oil

# 1 packet colmans cheese sauce

# 1/2 pint of milk

# 4 tablespoons of grated cheese

You start by heating a medium size pan of water until its boiling,

Add the Salt and the handfuls of Pasta.

Leave it to simmer for 10 minutes.

Turn the heat down and start making the cheese sauce.

Pour the cheese sauce powder into a small pan then

Pour 1/2 pint of milk into the small pan slowly stirring all the time and slowly bring to the boil,

While its boiling it will thicken so turn down the heat.

Open the tin of tuna and put it onto a small plate and fork it up so its not a solid lump

when the pasta is ready and al dente - then Drain the Pasta with a sieve, put the pan on a trivet and add the cheese sauce to the pasta, stirring slowly. Then add the tuna and mix round.

Turn it onto a plate and then enjoy!

You can cover it with tomato ketchup if you like - My son does and says its lovely!!

I will take a photo next time I make it.
