I personally think this is a hard time of year to start a diet. The evenings are closing in and you want a warm dinner when you get home from work. Spring is better for starting a diet. All the Christmas goodies that appear in the shops now would be very hard to resist!
Our local Holland and Barrett store is in the Meridian Centre for anyone wanting to try Q10 Supplements. I would ask in store about any side effects before buying.
Hi VW - Thank you for your personal feedback!
The recommendation in this article is thoroughly researched, based on years of personal experience and usage of the product. Weight loss of upto four stone has been encouraged by taking this supplement and it has been recommended to countless associates with positive feedback from all of them. In particular, the whole point of taking this supplement is that YOU DON'T HAVE TO DIET!
Q10, which is naturally produced in the human body, as well as in other species and certain plants, enhances the system, making it more efficient. Therefore, with only a modicum of application (a little exercise, lower fat/salt intake etc) the results can be swift and lasting. So you can enjoy your hot dinners and pre-Xmas nibbles and still lose weight!
Here is a link which further endorses the product:

I wouldn't necessarily trust the advice you'd get within a retail outlet.
Good luck!
