Will Havant get any snow this week?
Bitter Artic winds will make the temperatures feel much colder according to the weather forecast. A high-pressure system pushing over Scandinavia and western Russia will force raw easterly winds towards the UK as the week progresses, causing the longest spell of cold weather so far this winter.
Snow has fallen in some parts of the country and north of Butser Hill had a light covering this morning. We may get some here in Havant, maybe next week. It will be very cold though and ice will be a problem so make sure you are prepared when you go out. Make sure the windscreen of your car is completely clear before setting off for work. Slow your speed as black ice can cause skidding and make the roads treacherous.
The Met Office have issued a warning of severe cold weather across much of England until at least Thursday. Check out their 5-day forecast for Havant and see details of any updates for the next few days.

I have had mine on more often than usual too. Latest is we should expect snow to fall and lay on this coming Saturday evening through to Sunday morning.

ReportI've had my heating on constantly today, the wind is so bitter. I hope this cold snap doesn't last too long.
